The Town of Boiling Springs operates under the Council-Manager form of government. Under this form of government, the elected Town Council appoint a professional Town Manager to act as the Town’s chief executive officer.
Town Manager Duties
The Town Manager has various responsibilities and authorities including:
Appointing all personnel
Overseeing the operations of the Town
Submitting the annual budget
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Advising the Town Council on municipal policy matters
