We've got big plans in the works!
The Town has contracted with a consult to help us update our Future Land Use Plan and to create a Park Master Plan. The land use plan aims to broadly look at the future o Boiling Springs in the next 5 to 10 years at a high level. It is a guiding document that the Board of Planning & Adjustment, Town Council, and Town Staff use to help make decisions on future zoning changes.
The Park Master Plan will be a document to guide decisions on future additions or expansions to our park. It will look at our existing amenities and make recommendations on what to keep and what to change/add. This document will assist Town Staff in pursuing funding opportunities for these amenities and will guide budgeting decisions.
